At Scandic – Nordic Home Decor, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, or you may simply change your mind. That’s why we offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please register your claim as soon as possible by selecting the option “Register Claim/Transport damage” in our return portal. Be sure to include clear photos of both the item and its packaging.
Once you’ve registered your claim, we’ll review it and respond with a solution tailored to your situation. Please wait for confirmation from us before sending the item back.

You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
After we receive the return, we’ll issue a refund for the returned items. Please note that shipping and any customs fees will not be refunded.
Important for UK Customers:
We currently do not provide return labels for UK orders. You will need to arrange and pay for return shipping. Customs charges may apply and are non-refundable.
Please contact customer service after registering your return to receive the correct customs documentation.

Pack your items in the original packaging and apply the return label to the outside of the parcel.

$199 for large items (such as furniture)
This fee applies regardless of which shipping carrier you use. Once we’ve processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund.
You have up to 15 days from receiving your order to return it.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your purchase and place a new order.

You can cancel your order through sending an email to wecare@thescandicstore.com as long as it hasn’t been packed at our warehouse. Once packed, your order will be shipped and can only be returned afterward.
